Manzanita Trail is a short, out-and-back mountain biking route in Auburn State Recreation Area in California, managed by State Park and Recreation. The trail is about 2.4 miles long, with a low point of 1,008 feet and a high of 1,208 feet, making it a low-elevation ride with a climb of about 165 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Auburn show May and October highs around 77°F, while July and August average in the low 90s. The trail sits close to several other outdoor options. Olive Orchard Trail and Park Access Trail are both within a quarter mile, and the Western States Trail passes about 0.3 miles away.
