Caddo Bend Trail is a 4-mile loop in Arkansas's Lake Ouachita State Park, within the Jessieville Ranger District of Ouachita National Forest. The land is managed by State Park and Recreation, and the trail's elevation rises from about 646 feet to a high of 735 feet, with a total gain of 375 feet. The route is rated easy, and the steepest stretch comes at about 1.8 miles in, where the grade reaches 22%. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Blakely Mtn Dam show October highs around 73°F with lows near 48°F, and April is similar at about 72°F by day and 46°F at night. That station sits roughly 300 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures on the higher ground run a little cooler. Several other hikes lie within about 1.5 miles, including the Little Blakely - R R Loop, Little Blakely - South Loop and Little Blakely - North Loop. Hot Springs National Park Gulpha Gorge Campground is about 10 miles away.
