North Buttress is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Tucson Field Office of Arizona, about 15 miles from the town of Globe. It sits among a cluster of other climbing areas, with Rough Rider Wall, Rough Rider Terrace and Cow Town Buttress all about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all sport, and the routes run from about 5.10a up to 5.12c. The median grade is 5.11+. A few of the named routes include Appetite For Destruction at 5.11-, Gila Monster at 5.12c, and Bucket List at 5.11. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit.
