Big Park Loop is a short but technically engaging singletrack ride in Arizona's Red Rock Ranger District of Coconino National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 0.33 miles long and makes an out-and-back route, with the high point at 4276 feet and the low at 4261 feet. The trail is rated for intermediate riders, and its steady climb profile and moderate grade make it a good choice for skill building or a quick warm-up. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Sedona show October highs around 79°F and lows near 51°F, while July highs reach about 97°F. The trail sits close to several other riding and climbing destinations.
