Pass Mountain Loop is a 6.7-mile hike in Usery Mountain Regional Park in Arizona, on regional agency land. It is a hard route with a total elevation gain of 621 feet, rising from about 1,900 feet to about 2,600 feet. Winter and early spring are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Apache Junction run from highs around 67°F in January to about 77°F in March, while summer highs there climb into the mid-100s. The trail is on natural surface and allows bikes. The Vista Trail and Merkle Trail both lie about 0.2 miles away, and the Chain Fruit Trail is about half a mile off. Climbers can head to Greevers' Needle, about 3.6 miles away.
