Turkey Hill Wilderness

Turkey Hill Wilderness is a 5,536-acre federally protected Wilderness Area in Texas, managed by the Forest Service. It offers primitive backcountry experience in a non-motorized setting where hiking and backpacking visitors can find solitude away from developed facilities and mechanized travel.

As a designated Wilderness, Turkey Hill operates under strict management rules: no roads, motor vehicles, or mechanized equipment are permitted.
