Juniper Dunes Wilderness Area

Juniper Dunes Wilderness Area spans 7,374 acres in Washington and is managed by the Bureau of Land Management as a federally protected Wilderness. The landscape consists of dunes and sagebrush terrain characteristic of the region's arid backcountry. This is primitive country: no roads, motors, or mechanized travel are permitted. Visitors must travel on foot and pack out everything they pack in, following Leave No Trace principles.
