Tower Hill State Park is a Wisconsin state park managed by the State Department of Natural Resources, about 2.4 miles from the town of Spring Green. Late spring through early fall is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show highs around 70°F in May and 74°F in September, while July warms to about 83°F. Two short hikes sit right at the park, about 0.1 mile away: the Old Ox Trail and the Shot Tunnel Trail. A little farther out, Steve's ZZ Boulders offers climbing about 7 miles away, and Blue Mounds Creek, roughly 9 miles off, is a canoeing option.
