Olympic National Forest is a climbing area in Washington, within the Buckhorn Wilderness and the Hood Canal Ranger District/Quilcene of Olympic National Forest. The land is managed by the Forest Service, and the area is part of the larger Olympic National Forest. The climbing here is centered around a single route, Route 2, a traditional climb graded 5.0 on the YDS scale. It's the only route listed for this area, so it works as a straightforward objective for climbers heading in. The Buckhorn Mountain Summit Trail is about a mile away, and the Charlia Lakes Trail is roughly 1.4 miles off, both good options for pairing with a day on the rock. Farther afield, the Mossness and Tumblestone climbing areas sit about 4.8 and 4.9 miles away.
