Tribulation is a mountain biking spot in Washington, about a mile from the town of Henrys. It's a short ride, with the high and low points of the route sitting at nearly the same elevation, 674 and 678 feet, and no climbing to speak of. That makes it a low-effort stop, but the trail is rated hard, so expect a challenging ride on a route that doesn't gain much ground. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Landsburg weather station show July and August highs around 77°F with only about seven wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-40s and rain on most days. Several hiking trails lie close by, including Ravensdale Creek Trail at 0.7 miles and Creekside West at 0.8 miles. Paddlers can head to Coal Creek, about 6.4 miles away, and climbers will find Kenticle Proper, The about 9.3 miles off.
