MnM Trail is a mountain biking route in Washington, managed by the State Department of Natural Resources. It is an out-and-back ride of about 5.9 miles, with a one-way climb of about 545 feet from a starting elevation of roughly 933 feet to a high point of about 953 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 1.1 miles in, with a grade of about 14 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Olympia show July and August highs around 78°F with only about five wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the mid-40s and rain on about 20 days a month. That station sits well below the trail, so temperatures on the route run cooler. Several other trails lie within a short distance. Bills Hill Trail is about 0.6 miles away, and McKenny and the Al Davis Trail are each about 0.7 miles off. For paddling, Sherman Creek is about 1.8 miles away.
