Roosevelt Beach Access is a public ocean beach in Washington, about 2.7 miles from the town of Pacific Beach. It's a simple stop with restrooms on site, swimming is allowed, and there is no fee to use it. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 69 to 70°F, with only about seven wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-40s and rain on roughly 20 days. For more time outdoors, the Seabrook Perimeter Trail is about 1.9 miles away. Paddlers can head to Joe Creek, about 5 miles off, or the Moclips River, about 5.8 miles away.
