Olympic Beach
About
Olympic Beach is a public ocean beach on city land in Washington, about 1.5 miles from the town of Edmonds. It's a simple, low-key stop with restrooms on site, and swimming is allowed. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical July and August highs run about 76 to 77°F with lows near 57°F and only about six wet days a month, based on averages from a nearby weather station in Seattle. There is no fee to use the beach. To pair it with time on a trail, Yost to Pine Ridge Trail and Shell Creek Trail are both about 1.2 miles away for mountain biking. Hikers can head to Boeing Creek Trail or Innis Arden Beach Trail, roughly 4 miles off.
