Olga Marine State Park
About
Olga Marine State Park is a public ocean beach in Washington, about 10 miles from Friday Harbor. It has parking, and a fee is charged to visit. Swimming is not allowed, so plan on enjoying the shoreline from the beach itself. Summer is the most comfortable time to come. July and August bring typical highs around 69°F with only about five wet days a month, based on averages from a nearby weather station. Winter is cooler and wetter, with highs in the mid-40s and around 15 wet days a month. Several trails start close by. The Coho Preserve Trail is just 0.3 miles away and the Sound View Trail is under a mile off, while the Highlands Trail and the Cascadia Marine Trail Campsite at Obstruction Pass are both about 1.3 miles from the beach.
