Marina Beach Park, Edmonds (no Dogs) is a public ocean beach on the Washington shoreline, within the Lighthouse Park land unit and about 2.4 miles from Mukilteo. As the name says, dogs aren't allowed here. The beach has restrooms and accessible access, and there's no fee to visit. Summer is the most comfortable time to come. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Everett's Snohomish airport put July and August highs around 72 to 73°F, with only about seven wet days each month, compared with 17 to 19 wet days a month through much of fall and winter. If you want to add a walk, the Mainline Trail is about 0.7 miles away and the Japanese Gulch Trail about 1.6 miles away.
