The Arrowhead climbing area sits in the Ogden Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah, managed by the Forest Service. It is a climbing area rather than a single route, and it sits close to several other climbing spots, which makes it a natural anchor for a day of bouldering or route climbing in the district. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Ogden show May highs around 69°F and September highs around 76°F, while July and August average in the upper 80s. Lower Boulder Field and Mini Cave are both about 0.1 mile away, and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail is about 0.4 mile off. For an overnight stay, Maples Campground is about 3.2 miles away.
