Uvu Connect is a short loop hike in northern Utah, about 2.8 miles from Heber City. The route is 0.32 miles long and rises just 38 feet from a low point of 5,775 feet to a high of 5,838 feet. It's an easy, low-effort outing, and the trail is close to several other routes and recreation options, which makes it easy to pair with a longer outing in the area. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Heber weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs near 79°F, while July averages climb to about 90°F and January highs sit around 37°F. The Lower Riverview Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and Frodo's Playground Trail is about 0.3 mile off. For a longer day, Rock Creek offers canoeing about 2 miles away, and Jordanelle State Park McHenry Campground is roughly 5 miles out.
