North Willow is a hard hike in Utah's Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, within the Salt Lake Ranger District. The trail is an out-and-back of about 10 miles, with a total elevation gain of 2,169 feet, taking you from a low point of about 6,040 feet to a high of about 8,250 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open from May 1 to October 1. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. The Op Miller Trailhead is the trailhead for North Willow. The Stansbury Front Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Stansbury Crest and Mining Fork Trail are both within about 2 miles. For an overnight stay, Intake Campground is about 2.3 miles off.
