Jack & Jill is a 5.4-mile out-and-back hike in the High Uintas Wilderness, part of the Duchesne Ranger District of Ashley National Forest in northeastern Utah. The trail rises from about 10,380 feet to a high point of 10,907 feet, with a total elevation gain of 630 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is natural-surfaced, with no designated bike access. The hike is rated hard, and the climb is spread across the full length of the route. It is open year-round, so plan for conditions that can change with the season. The Jack and Jill Trail and Rock Creek Trail both lie about half a mile away. The Uinta Mountains climbing area is roughly 1.4 miles off, and Amethyst Lake, a fishing spot, is about 2.3 miles away.
