Cow Canyon is a moderate out-and-back hike in the Vernal Ranger District of Ashley National Forest in Utah, about 5 miles long with a total elevation gain of about 600 feet. The trail rises from a low point of roughly 8,888 feet to a high of about 9,471 feet, and it is open year-round. The route is on natural surface, and it is open to both horses and bikes.
