Big Meadows is a moderate hike of about 4 miles in the Evanston-Mountain View Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is a natural-surface out-and-back, rising from about 9,982 feet to about 10,363 feet with a one-way gain of 370 feet. Horses are allowed on the trail, and it is not accessible. For a longer outing, Dahlgreen Ridge Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and Sargent Lake Cutoff and the Dahlgreen Connector Trail are each within about a mile. Camping options include China Meadows at 1.8 miles and Marsh Lake Campground at 2.2 miles. Anglers can fish on Henrys Fork, about 2.3 miles away, and Marsh Lake, about 2.5 miles away.
