Upper Pleasant Creek Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Fremont River Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest in Utah. It sits about a tenth of a mile from Lower Pleasant Creek Campground and is a favorite for campers who want a base for exploring the surrounding area. The campground has vault toilets, and a fee is charged. RVs over 25 feet long are not advised. Water is turned off at the threat of first frost, and the campground closes October 15, 2020, or at the threat of first frost, whichever comes first. Some sites are reservable, and some are first come, first served. Recreation.gov has more information. Trout fishing is nearby at Lower Bowns Reservoir and Lower Pleasant Creek. The Pleasant Creek Trail starts about 0.4 miles away, and the Cat Creek Trail is about half a mile off. Rosebud OHV Campground is also about half a mile away.
