Spring Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah. It sits within the forest's own boundaries, and the nearest town is Logan, about 10 miles away. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically June and September. At a nearby weather station in Logan, typical averages run to highs around 78°F in June and 76°F in September, with July and August climbing into the upper 80s. That station sits roughly 660 feet lower than the campground, so temperatures here run a little cooler. The campground is not reservable, so plan on arriving with a spot in mind. Several other places lie within a short drive. Friendship Campground is about 0.6 miles away, and Richard's Hollow and Hog Hole are both within a mile. Climbers can head to Hardware Wall, about 1.5 miles off.
