Panguitch Lake North is a Forest Service campground in the Cedar City Ranger District of Dixie National Forest in southern Utah. It sits about 0.1 mile from Panguitch Lake South and Panguitch Lake, which makes it easy to pair with time on the water. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically July and August, when typical averages from the nearby Brian Head weather station run to highs around 71°F and lows in the low 40s. That station sits about 1,370 feet lower than the campground, so temperatures here run cooler. The site has flush toilets, and a fee is charged. Panguitch Lake South is just across the way, and the Asteroid and Bunker Creek climbing areas are within about 1.6 miles. White Bridge campground is about 5 miles away.
