Fremont River Cua Dispersed is a dispersed camping area in Capitol Reef National Park in Utah, managed by the National Park Service. It sits along the Fremont River between Johnson Valley Reservoir and Mill Meadow Reservoir, with several locations spread along the river corridor. The site has hardened parking areas, and vehicle and RV camping is allowed there. Tent camping is permitted in the meadows. Vault toilets are the only amenity on site, and no fees are required to use the area. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Torrey show May highs around 70°F and October highs around 62°F, while July highs reach about 87°F. Several other spots lie within a few miles. Chimney Rock Loop is about 1.5 miles away, and Chimney Rock Canyon is about 2.1 miles away. Climbers can head to White Harlem Wall, about 2.3 miles off, and Capitol Reef Group Campground is about 4.9 miles away.
