Botts is a Forest Service campground in the Ogden Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah. It sits among a cluster of campgrounds and paddling waters, with the South Fork Ogden River just 0.3 miles away and the South Fork campground 0.5 miles off. The site has vault toilets, and a fee is charged for stays. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Huntsville Monastery show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, while July and August average about 90°F. Several other campgrounds lie within a mile, including Magpie at 0.7 miles and Lower Meadows at 1 mile. Perception Park Nature offers a hike about 1.1 miles away, and Causey Reservoir, a lake fishing spot, is roughly 4 miles off.
