Dueling Snakes Wall is a bouldering area in the Wissahickon Valley of Pennsylvania, on county land. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with The Cleaver Boulder just 0.1 mile away and The Thorny Boulder and Valley Green each about 0.3 mile off. The area is a compact, close-knit network of boulders rather than a single route, and it works well as a short stop for climbers exploring the Wissahickon. The climbing here is all bouldering, with nine routes spread across the site. Grades run from V0- to V4-5, so there is something for climbers of all levels. The easiest are Roof Deck at V0- and The Delaware at V0, while Ouroburlos Sit (Project) is the hardest at V4-5. The boulders are the main draw, and the surrounding area offers more climbing and mountain biking within a short distance. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Norristown show May highs around 75°F and October highs around 68°F, while July averages climb to about 89°F. Other nearby spots include the White Trail for mountain biking, Devil's Pool Boulder about 0.9 mile away, and the Wissahickon Ski Club roughly 3 miles off.
