About

McFeaters Cove Boat Launch is a boat launch in Yellow Creek State Park in western Pennsylvania, about 6 miles from the town of Clymer. Summer is the warmest stretch for getting on the water. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 82°F with lows near 59°F, and September is milder, with highs near 75°F. The launch sits slightly higher than that station, so it may run a touch cooler. Hikers can pair a launch with time on foot. Paddlers looking for moving water will find Two Lick Creek about 7 miles away.
