Damascus Access

Damascus Access is a boat launch on the Pennsylvania side of the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River, a river corridor managed by the National Park Service. The nearest town is Lake Huntington, New York, about 4 miles away. As a launch point within the Upper Delaware, the site gives boaters a place to put in along this stretch of the river. For the warmest conditions, plan a trip from June through August, when typical July highs reach about 82°F with lows near 59°F, according to averages from a nearby weather station in Milanville, Pennsylvania.
