Rock Angel Quad Trail is a short, out-and-back mountain biking route in Pennsylvania's Moosic Mtn Barrens - Dick & Nancy Eales Preserve, a preserve managed by a non-governmental organization. The trail is about half a mile long, with a total climb of about 350 feet from the low point at 1,555 feet to the high point at 1,727 feet. The steepest stretch comes early on, with a 14% grade at about 0.18 miles in. The most comfortable months for a ride are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Wilkes-Barre show May highs around 72°F and September highs around 75°F, with July the warmest month at about 85°F. That station sits roughly 800 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the route run cooler. Gene's Trail is just 0.2 miles away, and the Power Line Trail and Pink Floyd Trail are both within about a mile. For climbing, Nay Aug Park is about 6.6 miles off.
