Wildcat is a Forest Service campground in the Lookout Mountain Ranger District of Ochoco National Forest in Oregon. The land is managed by the Forest Service, and the site has vault toilets. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Grizzly, Oregon, show July highs around 84°F with only about four wet days, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and a few snowy days each month from December through February. The Twin Pillars Spur hike starts just 0.2 miles away, and the Twin Pillars hike is about 2 miles off. White Rock campground is about 2 miles away, and the Steins Pillar climbing area is roughly 2.9 miles away.
