Blair Lake Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Middle Fork Ranger District of Oregon's Willamette National Forest. It is a simple base for overnight stays in the forest, with vault toilets as the only listed amenity. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Odell Lake show July and August highs around 73 to 74°F with only about three wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the mid-30s and regular snow days from December through February. Mule Mountain Trail #3553.1 lies about 2 miles away, and Kiahanie Campground is roughly 3.4 miles off. Paddlers can head to the North Fork Middle Fork Willamette River, about 4.4 miles away, and climbers will find the Moolack area about 5.3 miles from the campground.
