Pink Trail is a short, easy hike in Possum Creek Metropark in Ohio, on city-managed land. The route is 0.66 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 10 feet, so it's a gentle walk that can be done quickly. The trail starts at about 820 feet and reaches a high point of 833 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 0.13 miles in, where the grade reaches 5%. The route is a point-to-point path rather than a loop, and the total loss of 71 feet suggests it ends a little lower than it begins. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Dayton show May highs around 75°F and September highs around 79°F, with fewer wet days in September than in spring. The trail sits close to several other short routes. Orange Trail is about 0.1 mile away and Purple Trail about 0.2 mile. Yellow Trail is roughly half a mile off, and Wright Brothers Pinnacle Hiking Trail is about 1.8 miles away.
