Oregon Avenue Ocean Access is a public beach access point in the town of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, managed by the Town of Kill Devil Hills. It sits about a mile from the center of town and offers a straightforward way onto the ocean beach. The access has parking, and there is no fee to use it.
