Waterfall Trail (Blue) is a short, easy out-and-back hike in Moreau Lake State Park in New York, managed by State Park and Recreation. The trail is about 2.2 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 562 feet, and it reaches a high point of 902 feet. The climb is steepest at the start, with a 13% grade, and the trail is rated easy. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Conklingville Dam show July highs around 77°F and lows near 60°F, while winter brings highs in the 20s and regular snow days from December through February. The hike takes about an hour. The Western Ridge Trail and Old Trail both start within a tenth of a mile, and the Lake Bonita Loop is about 0.6 miles away. Climbers can find The Fresh Wall, Spier Falls Area about 0.9 miles off.
