Osha Spring is a hard hike in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in New Mexico, about 9 miles long with an elevation gain of about 2,700 feet. It starts at a low point of about 6,500 feet and climbs to a high of roughly 9,200 feet, so plan on a full day on foot. The trail is natural-surfaced and closed to bikes. The Forest Service manages the land, and the hike stays open from about April through November. Several other trails and climbing areas sit within about a mile and a half of the route. Palo Duro Canyon Trail is the closest, and Possum Junction and The Temple are climbing areas nearby. Apache Canyon Trail is a little farther out.
