Long Branch: Joline Ave & Ocean Ave is a public beach access point in Seven Presidents Park, about 1.4 miles from the town of Long Branch, New Jersey. The access has restrooms and is accessible, and swimming is allowed. A fee is charged. For beach weather, July and August are the warmest months, with typical highs of 84°F and 82°F in July and August at a nearby weather station in Long Branch-Oakhurst. June and September are milder, with highs of about 78°F and 76°F. Several hikes lie a little over 4 miles away, including Eastern Loop, Sweetbriar Trail and Heather Ramble. Anglers can head to Camp Gateway - Sandy Hook, about 9.5 miles north, for surf fishing.
