Little Shop of Horrors is a climbing area in Nevada on Bureau of Land Management land within the Sierra Front Field Office. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with Pig Rock Area about 0.1 mile away and Pot Belly Boulders about 0.2 mile away, so it works well as one stop in a day of exploring the surrounding crags. The area is a sport climbing destination. Eleven routes are listed, all rated from 5.11c to 5.13b on the YDS scale. Among them are Bingo's Revenge (5.11c), Dentist (5.12a) and American Graffiti (5.13b), the hardest of the bunch. The routes are all sport, and the first ascents of several are credited to climbers named Glotfelty. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from the nearby Sutcliffe weather station run from highs around 69°F in May to about 78°F in September, with July and August highs in the upper 80s. That station sits about 780 feet lower than the climbing area, so temperatures here run cooler. Contra Canyon Towers is about 0.7 mile away, and Contra Canyon Lower Wall is about 0.6 mile away. Pyramid Lake, roughly 10 miles off, offers fishing.
