Dearborn River is a mountain biking route in Montana's Scapegoat Wilderness, within the Rocky Mountain Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route lies about 5.4 miles long, rising from 5,918 feet to 7,548 feet with a total elevation gain of 1,636 feet. The climb is steepest at about 3.8 miles, where the grade reaches 24 percent. The route starts at the lower end of the Scapegoat's high country and works its way up to the high point before descending slightly. Cave Creek and Telephone Creek are both hiking trails within a mile of the route. The Half Moon mountain biking area is about 1.6 miles away. For an overnight stay, Double Falls Campground sits roughly 6.6 miles off.
