South Fork Four Lakes Creek is a mountain biking route in Montana's Lolo National Forest, within the Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the surrounding land, and the route starts at about 4,800 feet, rising to roughly 6,400 feet over a 2.7-mile climb with a total elevation gain of 1,625 feet. The route has the most steep ground near its start, where the grade reaches about 28 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 70°F with only about six wet days a month, while winter highs stay in the upper 20s. Several other routes lie within a short distance. The Silcox-Headley, Cube Iron Mountain and Arrowhead Lake trailheads are each about a mile away. For an overnight stay, Cougar Peak Lookout is about 6 miles off.
