Casey Meadows is a hard hike in the Helena Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest in Montana, about 8.5 miles long with a one-way elevation gain of 2,968 feet. The trail rises from a low point of about 5,093 feet to a high of about 8,061 feet, and it is an out-and-back route. The trail is on natural surface, and it is open to both horses and bikes. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open year-round. The climb is steep, and the route is rated hard. For a longer outing, Casey Peak lies about 2 miles away, and the Tizer/Montgomery Park Gfa - Four-Way Jct Cua campground is about 2.4 miles off. Climbers can head to Evening Rock, about 4 miles away, and paddlers can try Prickly Pear Creek, roughly 7 miles from the trail.
