Cherry Creek Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Hebgen Lake Ranger District of Custer Gallatin National Forest in Montana. It sits within the national forest's recreation sites, and the Forest Service manages the land. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Hebgen Dam weather station show July highs around 79°F with lows near 45°F, and September highs around 68°F with the fewest wet days of the year.
