Stacked Boulder is a bouldering area in Massachusetts, about 2 miles from East Foxboro. It sits among a cluster of climbing and mountain biking spots, with Tall Boulder just 0.1 mile away and Northwest Boulders about half a mile off. The name comes from the stacked boulders that form the crux of the area's routes. The climbing here is all bouldering, with five routes ranging from V0 to V5. North Slab and South Slab are the easiest, both V0, and Heavy Stack is the hardest at V5. The V4 routes Stacked and Top Heavy fall in the middle. All the routes were first ascended by Joe McLoughlin. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Norton run from highs around 69°F in May to about 73°F in September, with July the warmest month at around 82°F. Borderland State Park Easton, a climbing area about a mile away, and Split Rock Trail, a mountain biking route about 0.4 mile off, round out the options close by.
