Boulder Brook Reservation is a bouldering area in Massachusetts, set within the Rocky Ledges land unit on city-managed land. It sits about 0.4 miles from Bates Boulder, also known as Fairy Rock, and is part of a cluster of climbing and mountain biking spots in the area. The climbing here is all bouldering, with nine routes spread across the site. Grades run from V0 to V5, with the median at V2. Among the named routes are Nectar at V0, Laser Moon Base at V5, and Black Milk at V3. The boulders are the main draw, and the area works well for a short outing close to town. For timing, late spring through early fall is the most comfortable stretch. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Natick show highs around 68°F in May and 73°F in September, with July peaking near 82°F. Other climbing is close by at Rainbow Rocks, about 4.4 miles away, and Ship's Prow Boulder is a similar distance. Mountain bikers can head to Sudbury Path, roughly 2.8 miles off, or the Sudbury Aqueduct Trail at about 3.6 miles.
