Fifty is a short, steep mountain biking route in Maine, set on Regional Agency Land in the state's mountain biking corridor. The climb is an out-and-back, about 0.4 miles long, with a high point of 1,750 feet and a low of 1,664 feet, a total of 158 feet of elevation gain and loss. The steepest section comes in the first sixth of a mile, at about 12% grade. The most comfortable months for riding are July and August, when typical averages from the Long Falls Dam weather station run near 77°F for highs and 55°F for lows. That station sits about 590 feet lower than the route's high point, so temperatures up here run cooler.
