Major Brown Path is a short, easy mountain biking route in Kentucky, about half a mile from Fort Thomas. It is an out-and-back ride of roughly 0.8 miles, with a low point of 591 feet and a high of 744 feet, a climb of about 138 feet one way. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Cincinnati show October highs around 68°F with lows near 44°F, and May highs around 75°F. That station sits a few hundred feet lower than the route's high point, so temperatures on the higher ground run a little cooler. Lee Battery Row and Infantry Row both start about 0.1 mile away, and Lee Battery Access Road is about 0.2 mile off. For climbing, Purple Bridge is about 3.5 miles away.
