Lake Celina is a fishing lake in Indiana, managed by the Indiana DNR State Parks & Reservoirs. It sits within the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest, about 10 miles from the town of Tell City. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Saint Meinrad show May highs around 77°F and September highs around 82°F, with July and August peaking near 87°F. Several other spots are close by. The Celina Interpretive hike is half a mile away, and the Celina Southslope Loop campground is about a mile off. The Indian Celina Recreation Area is roughly 1.6 miles away, and paddlers can head to the Middle Fork Anderson River, about 2.9 miles away.
