La Haceinda is a climbing area in the Hidden Springs Ranger District of Shawnee National Forest in southern Illinois, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing areas, including Vista Wall, The Gentleman's Grotto and The Ranch, all within about a tenth of a mile. The climbing here is sport, with 10 routes spread across a range from 5.10a to 5.11a/b. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Dixon Springs show May highs around 77°F and October highs around 71°F, while July and August average in the upper 80s. The closest hikes are Jackson Falls, about 0.3 miles away, and Middle Falls, about 0.6 miles away. For an overnight stay, Redbud Campground at Bell Smith Springs is about 2.4 miles off.
