Moody Forest Tavia's Trail is an easy, low-elevation hike in Moody Forest Wildlife Management Area in Georgia, a state managed by the State Department of Natural Resources. The trail runs about 3 miles, with a total elevation gain of roughly 80 feet, and it makes a straightforward outing for anyone visiting the forest. The route rises from a low point of about 74 feet to a high of about 170 feet, with the steepest stretch, a 7% grade, coming at about 2.4 miles. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go.
