Hollywood: Arthur St. is a public beach access point in Florida, about 3 miles from the town of Hollywood. It offers lifeguards and parking, and a fee is charged. The most comfortable stretch for a beach day runs from about November through April, when typical highs at a nearby weather station in Hollywood sit in the upper 70s to low 80s with fewer wet days.
